BioPod Black Soldier Fly Power

black soldier fly statsMy housemate Eric Toensmeier took these great shots of our chickens eating black soldier fly larvae that grew in a brand new BioPod this fall. Our hope is to overwinter some flies and have them again in the spring. A very ecological, safe and powerful way to very quickly convert kitchen waste to chicken eggs!
